Abuja

Hon. Ugoeze Elizabeth Ndidamaka Obioma has launched her bid for the House of Representatives on a platform centered on sincerity, compassion, and direct connection with constituents, saying she intends to rise above the cycle of broken political promises.

Obioma stated that she is not seeking office for personal enrichment or titles, but to respond to the everyday struggles of ordinary citizens. She cited the cries of struggling mothers, frustrated unemployed youths, and children whose dreams depend on better opportunities as the driving force behind her candidacy.

A core pillar of her campaign is education. She argued that learning should not be a privilege reserved for the wealthy, and pledged to expand access through scholarships, educational support programs, and investments aimed at developing the next generation of leaders.

The aspirant also emphasized human capital development as the foundation of progress. She committed to empowering youths with marketable skills, supporting entrepreneurs, and creating pathways that enable people to achieve financial independence.

Obioma outlined a focus on marginalized groups, saying she would stand for widows, fight for youths, support women, and give hope to those often forgotten in politics. She said her representation would cover every voice in the constituency, not just the powerful few.

Framing her campaign as more than a political contest, she described it as a rescue mission driven by compassion, competence, and courage. She contrasted her approach with what she called “empty speeches and seasonal politicians,” and promised a presence that is accessible and accountable.

The campaign message has drawn early backing from women and youth groups within the constituency, with supporters saying the constituency is ready for a representative who is present and deeply connected to the people’s realities.

Obioma closed with a call for voters to choose progress, empowerment, and true representation, presenting herself as a leader with vision, wisdom, strength, and the capacity to deliver tangible results if elected.
