The Parents Association for the Development of the Indigent (PATDI), has joined Nigerians, family members, colleagues, and well-wishers to celebrate Dr. Amb. Vivien Chukwunonyelum Njemanze, Deputy Clerk of the Senate and Advisor to PATDI, on her 60th birthday and Pulling-Out Ceremony after 34 years of meritorious service to the National Assembly.
The association described her as a remarkable public servant, visionary leader, mentor, mother, and advocate for youth development. PATDI said her career has been defined by integrity, excellence, diligence, patriotism, and selfless service that advanced legislative administration and democratic governance in Nigeria.
As Advisor to PATDI, Dr. Njemanze has consistently backed programmes aimed at building responsible teenagers, strengthening family values, promoting education, and inspiring positive citizenship among young Nigerians. The group said her guidance continues to impact countless lives across the country.
PATDI reaffirmed commitment to its Ten-Year National Project, “Crime-Free Society Is Possible Among Teenagers, Ages 13–19”, driven by the slogan “WE MUST GET IT RIGHT”. The association noted that the values Dr. Njemanze represents align with the project’s goal of raising a disciplined, crime-free generation.
“We celebrate the values she represents – discipline, character, excellence, service, and commitment to nation-building. These are the same values required to raise responsible teenagers and secure a safer society for Nigeria,” PATDI stated.
In a goodwill message signed by Amb. Princess Anita B.C. Umeweni, African Teens Ambassador and President/Founder of PATDI, the association prayed for Dr. Njemanze’s continued good health, wisdom, peace, and greater accomplishments in service to humanity.
“Congratulations to a distinguished daughter of Nigeria, an accomplished administrator, an inspiring mentor, and a worthy Ambassador of positive change,” the statement read.
PATDI concluded with birthday wishes: “Happy 60th birthday and happy , Dr. Amb. Vivien Chukwunonyelum Njemanze. Crime-free society is possible among teenagers and we must get it right.”
