The South-East Elders and Youths Alliance for Tinubu/Shettima 2027 (SEEYATS ’27) has congratulated Anambra State Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo, on his appointment as coordinator of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election campaign in the state.
In a press release issued on Tuesday and signed by its National Coordinator, Hon. Humphrey C. Nsofor; National Secretary, Prof. Chuka Ezema; and National Publicity Secretary, Hon. Basil C. Ejidike, the Alliance described the appointment as recognition of Soludo’s leadership qualities, political influence and commitment to progressive governance.
The group expressed confidence that the governor’s new responsibility would strengthen support for President Tinubu’s second-term ambition in Anambra State and deepen political cooperation among progressive forces.
SEEYATS ’27 said it was mobilising Ndigbo across the 36 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) to support the Tinubu/Shettima 2027 project.
According to the Alliance, its mobilisation efforts involve traditional institutions, presidents-general of town unions, community leaders and other stakeholders to promote constructive engagement between the South-East and the Federal Government.
The Alliance also expressed optimism that growing cooperation among progressive political groups, including the Rainbow Coalition, would promote national unity, strengthen collaboration between federal and state governments, and advance development in the South-East.
SEEYATS ’27 maintained that Soludo’s appointment presented an opportunity to consolidate support for the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda in the region. The group reaffirmed its commitment to working with like-minded stakeholders to achieve its political objectives, declaring that: “Progressives are working together.”
