In his Easter message, Egwuekwe prayed for the success of the Easter celebrations, devoid of problems of insecurity, and called for interfaith harmony, given the coincidence of the 2026 Christian-Muslim fasting.

Egwuekwe emphasized the importance of commemorating the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and urged Nigerians to strictly adhere to the teachings and life of Christ. He cited Christ’s example of forgiveness, love, and peace, and encouraged Nigerians to emulate these virtues.

The industrialist prayed for leaders and the led, appealing to God for intervention and direction in their day-to-day endeavors. He commended the efforts of security agencies in combating insecurity, but urged them to do more, saying that a situation where insecurity is the order of the day in a country means that all isn’t well.

Egwuekwe appealed to the government to encourage private sectors, to enable them to continue to create employment, saying that addressing problems of unemployment will go a long way to boost the economy. He urged support for the government in power, while also urging them to consider the plights of the led.

The President General of Ezumezu Umunri Worldwide advised politicians to use the 2026 Easter to engage in politics without bitterness and with the fear of God, saying that this will be beneficial to all. He emphasized the importance of love, unity, and peace, saying that these virtues are essential for Nigeria’s progress.

Egwuekwe’s message was a call to Nigerians to reflect on their actions and to strive for a better society, where love, peace, and unity reign supreme. He urged Nigerians to forgive those who have trespassed against them, and to love their neighbors as they love themselves.

The industrialist’s message was also a prayer for Nigeria, that God will intervene in the country’s affairs and bring peace to the land. He expressed his faith in God’s power to stop insecurity and bring prosperity to Nigeria.

Egwuekwe’s Easter message was a timely reminder of the importance of faith, hope, and love in these challenging times. His call for peace, unity, and forgiveness is a message that resonates with Nigerians, and his appeal to leaders to prioritize the welfare of the people is a reminder of the responsibilities of those in power.

As Nigerians celebrate Easter, Egwuekwe’s message is a call to action, urging all to work towards a better Nigeria, where love, peace, and unity are the guiding principles.

In conclusion, Egwuekwe’s Easter message is a powerful reminder of the importance of faith, hope, and love, and a call to Nigerians to strive for a better society, where peace, unity, and forgiveness reign supreme.
