The political landscape of Orumba North and South has been reshaped by the legislative performance of Hon. Princess Chinwe Nnabuife, popularly known as Adaejiejemba, who is seeking a second term in the House of Representatives.
As the first female representative for the constituency, Nnabuife’s tenure has been described by supporters as a shift from rhetoric to tangible impact. Her approach to representation, they say, has cut across party lines and gender barriers in the area.
Her defection from the Young Progressives Party to the All Progressives Grand Alliance was seen as an alignment with Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo’s “Solution” agenda. The move linked her federal mandate with state executive priorities, with a stated focus on women, the girl child, and vulnerable groups in Orumba.
In the National Assembly, Nnabuife has been identified as one of the few female lawmakers challenging the status quo. Her legislative agenda has emphasized sustainable frameworks for education and vocational support, alongside interventions in infrastructure and social welfare targeted at high-impact projects in the constituency.
Despite opposition in what supporters describe as a male-dominated political arena, the lawmaker recently picked up her expression of interest form, signaling her bid for continuity. Associates say she has remained focused on her legislative work despite political threats and gatekeeping.
At the APGA South East Zonal Summit held in Awka on April 18, 2026, Governor Soludo stated that loyalty, patience, and dedication must be rewarded. Supporters of Nnabuife say she embodies those values, having joined APGA out of conviction while already holding a mandate under YPP.
Writing as “Apostle of Adaejiejemba,” Nwoke Uchenna Michael said backing Nnabuife has become necessary for anyone who values progress. He urged constituents to prioritize continuity, proven representation, and fairness as National Assembly primaries approach.
With campaigns building around the slogan “4+4=8 for Nnabuife,” her supporters are mobilizing for a renewed APGA mandate. They maintain that her track record remains her strongest asset in the race for the Green Chamber.
